Your loved one gets regular visits from the same Registered Nurse, and you get one predictable monthly fee, regular updates, and someone who already knows the whole picture when something changes.

How Care Plans work
1. Free consultation. A 15-minute call to understand your loved one's needs and which plan fits.
2. In-home assessment. A full nursing assessment and written care plan, included in your first month.
3. Ongoing visits, one nurse. Scheduled visits from the same Registered Nurse, with an update after each one.
Plans are month-to-month and can be changed or cancelled with 30 days' notice. Extra visits are available at our hourly rate. Prices in CAD. Itemized invoices with RN credentials and CNO registration number are provided for extended health benefit claims.
